The Johnson GEV is a paper ground effect vehicle.
Get your letter paper or A4.
Fold crosswise, and fold the crosswise edges to the center. Tape the two flaps together.
Cut two 'rudders', and use a strip of paper to make a horizontal stabiliser. Cut the back half of the H-Stab into a flap, and bend that down. Stick your stabiliser to the rudders.
Fold down the top, and paperclip it. At this stage you may want to tape the top down.
Tape the botton of the flaps down in the well made by the rudders.
Using a thick, long piece of wood, push your GEV down the piece of wood, it will fall off the side into ground effect.
