The OAE D135-1 Hornet is a fast, long range drone fighter/interceptor paper airplane designed by OrigamiAirEnterprises. Based on research by OrigamiAirEnterprises, the Hornet is believed to have been the first paper airplane of its scale designed as a "fighter" rather than a cruiser. The Hornet was developed into a very similar aircraft sharing almost all parts, the more agile OAE D139-1 Wasp. After a few months, the D135-1 was replaced by newer designs such as the OAE D158-1 Stinger and the OAE D159-1 Javelin. By the time of the arrival of the OAE D166-1 Orion, the Hornet was obsolete as a fighter aircraft.

Construction details of the Hornet can be found here.

The D135-1 is a paper airplane that can fly at high speeds. A launch at any attitude is capable, but range is compromised by higher launch angles. Additional applicable surfaces include flaps, flaperons, elevators, a trimmable rudder and air brakes.
