The OAE D186-1 Manx is a small, fast, long range semi-tailless drone. The Manx was designed by OrigamiAirEnterprises to replace the OAE D166-1 Orion. The D186-1 is also the basis for the OAE D186-2 Super Manx, a less radical development of the Manx.

PerformanceEdit

The Manx is a lightweight drone with excellent speed and range characteristics. Proper construction and launch will lead to tons of excellent flights. Flights of over 25 feet are well within its capabilities. Additional surfaces applicable include flaperons, ailerons, elevons, air brakes, slats and a trimmable rudder.
